Wallcovering Return Policy

All of our wall-coverings are “made to order” specifically to your wall’s measurements. No two are the same and we cannot resell your items.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.

Damaged Items

Each order is thoroughly inspected for quality and perfection. However, we understand that things can happen.

If you received a damaged or defective product then please email us at hello@wallsneedlove.com to start the replacement process. We will require photos of all damage, so please include all photos and a description in your email.
