90 Day "No-Hassle" Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from 

  • Every piece is made to order and we do not resell your returned products.
  • You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund. 
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned to us.
  • Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is in new and unused condition.
  • If your item(s) arrived damaged/defective or incorrect please give us a call and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 

    How to Return an Item

    1. Start by filling out the Order Lookup form below.
    2. Locate your order and click “Create Return”.
    3. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an RMA #. Print this email and circle whether you want store credit or a refund.
    4. Mail the package back to us.
    5. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
