When you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’re unhappy, too. Give us the opportunity to make this part of the process easy and painless!


"No-Hassle" Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from WallsNeedLove.com 

  • All Walls Need Love products are 100% custom made to order which means each product is manufactured at the time of the order and we do not resell your returned products.
  • We’re happy to offer an exchange for any eligible items that are not completely satisfactory but we cannot offer refunds at this time because we print all wallpapers and murals on demand.
  • The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange at anytime: Custom products, Murals, Wallpaper, Art Prints, Home Furnishing products (such as Throw Pillows, Tapestries, Shower Curtains...).
  • You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from www.WallsNeedLove.com can be returned to us.
  • Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is in new and unused condition.
  • If your item(s) arrived damaged/defective or incorrect please give us a call and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 
 REASON FOR RETURN SOLUTION
My order arrived damaged or received the wrong item. We will replace and re-send the damaged order or replace with the correct item.
I am unhappy with my order, the design or the color. We will issue you store credits for a different item of your choice.

    How to Return an Item

    1. Start by filling out the Order Lookup form below.
    2. Locate your order and click “Create Return”.
    3. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an RMA #. Print this email and circle whether you want store credit or a refund.
    4. Mail the package back to us.
    5. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
