When you're unhappy with your purchase, we're unhappy, too. Give us the opportunity to make this part of the process easy and painless.

We accept return requests within 30 days of date delivered for all products except custom items (this includes all wallpaper, wall murals and custom text). The returned product must be new and unused. After 30 days, no requests will be approved.

In order to exchange an item you will need to have your order refunded so you can replace it again with the correct items. We do not do direct exchanges.

We don't take return requests over the phone. Just follow the instructions below to complete your request.

Please note: Sending the order back to us without following this process does not ensure your return will be approved, so make sure to get an approval email prior to shipping it back!

My item arrived damaged or
I received the wrong item.
Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. We are humans, and we do make mistakes. We will replace the item free of charge and pay for the shipping charges both ways.

Unhappy with design or changed my mind. We understand sometimes things change. If you decide you want to send back some or all of your order, you can do so for refund, store credit or replacement. Please note: Custom items & sale items are not eligible for refund (this includes all wallpaper, wall murals, custom text, our entire sale category and samples). All you have to pay is the shipping costs both ways.

How To Submit a Return Request:


    1.    Scroll to the bottom of this page. You do not have to have an account to submit a request.
    2.    Enter your email address and order number, and click "Lookup". 
    3.    You will see your order and any previous return requests. Click "Create Return" to create a request.
    4.    Follow the instructions on screen to submit your request.
    5.    We will review it and let you know if it has been approved:

              A. If we are in error send an email to Support@wallsneedlove.com instead of processing it as a return. The correct item will be sent to you. 
              B. If we are NOT in error and you are returning for a different reason,  the replacement is free, but you are responsible for the shipping cost both ways. Please include your RMA number in the box. Upon approval, ship your return back to us. Please include your RMA number in the box.

    6.    Once we receive your returned package, we will be in contact with the next action (refund, store credit or replacement) in a couple of days.

Return Terms

    1.   Items must be new and unused to be eligible for return (once installed, it cannot be used again and will not be approved).
             A. Concerned about color matching? We strongly recommend ordering a Color Chart to see the colors in person prior to placing an actual order.
             We are on your side and want you to end up with colors that you love!
             B. Concerned about the material sticking? We strongly recommend ordering a Color Chart to test the material in person prior to placing an actual order. 
             We appreciate you and want to help you get exactly what you want!
    2.    Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. For example, if your order arrived on March 1 then you have until April 1 to submit a request.
    3.    Custom items are not eligible for return, credit or exchange (this includes all wallpaper, wall murals, sale items, customized text and samples)
