Returns are easy!
When you're unhappy with your purchase, we're unhappy, too. Give us the opportunity to make this part of the process easy and painless.
We accept return requests within 30 days of date delivered for all products except custom items (this includes all wallpaper and custom text). The returned product must be new and unused. After 30 days, no requests will be approved.
We don't take returns requests over the phone. Just follow the instructions below to complete your request. Please note: Sending the order back to us without following this process does not ensure your return will be approved, so make sure to get an approval email prior to shipping it back!

|Unhappy with design or changed my mind.||We understand sometimes things change. If you decide you want to send back some or all of your order, you can do so for refund, store credit or replacement. Please note: Custom items & sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange (this includes all wallpaper, custom text, our entire sale category and samples). All you have to pay is the shipping costs both ways.||

How To Submit a Return Request:
1. Scroll to the bottom of this page. You do not have to have an account to submit a request.
2. Enter your email address and order number, and click "Lookup". (please note, if you have a 5 digit order number and ordered prior to February 2014, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org on how to return/exchange).
3. You will see your order and any previous return requests. Click "Create Return" to create a request.
4. Follow the instructions on screen to submit your request.
5. We will review it and let you know if it has been approved:
A. If we are in error, upon approval of your request, you will receive an email that contains a pre-paid printable shipping label. Affix it to the original
box and mail it back to us via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please include your RMA number in the box.
B. If we are NOT in error and you are returning for a different reason, the replacement is free, but you are responsible for the shipping cost both ways.
Upon approval, ship your return back to us. Please include your RMA number in the box.
6. In either case, once we receive your returned package, we will be in contact with the next action (refund, store credit or replacement) in a couple of days.
1. Items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for return or exchange (once an item is installed, it cannot be used again and will not be approved).
A. Concerned about color matching? We strongly recommend ordering a Color Chart to see the colors in person prior to placing an actual order.

2. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of date delivered. For example, if your order arrived on March 1st then you have until April 1st to submit a request.
3. If you are exchanging an item for an item of lesser value you will receive store credit for the difference, not a refund to the original payment method.
4. Custom items are not eligible for return, credit or exchange (this includes all wallpaper, sale items, customized text and samples)
5. When exchanging for a replacement item of equal or lesser value, any price difference is only available as store credit, not refund.
